Application Process
Remember, we deal with 17 banks globally - in 5 countries - you are sure to have one in your location.
To open an account with eMatters, simply complete the following Application. You should do this BEFORE you make contact with your chosen bank. This will allow you to create a "proof of concept" prior to filling in the bank forms - and prior to paying any setup fees ! Also, eMatters may have a strong relationship with your chosen bank and be able to recommend you to the best person.
Setting up an account now enables you to start integrating immediately. As soon as your application is lodged you will be given access to our test system.

You will have totally free access to our testing system for as long as required. No fees are due until you go live. It might take you 1 week, it might take you 6 weeks. If for any reason the bank does not issue you with Merchant numbers, then your account with us can be closed and it will not have cost you anything.

As soon as you load your Merchant and Terminal Numbers, your account will be activated and you will be live and ready for processing. This is the only time we start taking our fees.
