Priority support is gained by emailing your request to support@eMatters.com.au.  This is our preferred method as it allows us to track each support request for future assistance. It is also the way to ensure that your query is answered in order.

A response will be issued as soon as one of our support staff has reviewed your question.  Please include your eMatters Merchant Number in all communication to ensure we provide the correct details.  You will find this number in your Merchant Kit provided when you completed your application.

Support is provided for all merchants in both live and testing. It is however, limited to supporting our gateway. If you require website development, application development or shopping cart integration work, we can refer you to suitably qualified people. eMatters is not in a position to provide customised help for specific shopping carts that are not currently integrated. Having said that, most shopping carts are very easy to integrate with us, and we can guide you in the right direction !
