Do you have customers who don't use credit cards ?
Now you can take payments from your customers on a regular basis without using their credit card. Simply enter their details into the Recurring Direct Debit Transactions and on the nominated day each month, their account will be debited. All payments are processed during regular business days - ie not on Weekends or Public Holidays as observed in Victoria, Australia.
The debited amount will be forwarded to you IN FULL within a few days. We will reconcile and report on the exact amount you should expect to receive. If, for any reason, the payment fails, the customer record will be suspended and you will need to contact them to arrange for subsequent payment.
Shown here is the eMatters DDR Transaction management screen, listing each person, their processing date and their most recent transaction history. All this is available on the one screen.
If you need further detail, or to edit the payment plan for a customer, click their link and the following screen appears. You can edit and delete this transaction, or simply confirm the bank account details are accurate.
All payments listed at midnight on the scheduled day are locked and cannot be edited. Any changes must be done at least two days prior to the scheduled date.
And the cost - just a small fee per transaction.
